ROX Co., Ltd., provider of AI Demand Forecasting tools, to join BSMO Group

BSMO Co., Ltd. (HQ: Minato, Tokyo. CEO: Tadashi Shimizu. Hereinafter “BSMO”, our company) and ROX Co., Ltd. (HQ: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. CEO: Tatsuo Nakagawa. Hereinafter “ROX”) developer of the demand forecasting AI tool for physical stores “AI Hawk”, have completed a share transfer agreement making ROX a wholly owned subsidiary and member of the BSMO Group.
