(Representative Director: Yoshio Narukage, headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as “RISA”) as underwriter.
Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), people’s consumption behavior has changed, and the shift to mobile devices and social media has accelerated.
Bsmo has been developing its social media strategy since 2011, and as of March 2020, has achieved the following numbers on all its Facebook pages combined while building a successful targeting strategy globally: Total page likes: 4,092,933/Total reach: 796,453,034/Video views: 22,099,935. Using that know-how, Bsmo has been conducting domestic and overseas social media marketing strategies for corporate projects since 2014 while implementing growth hacking actions linking advertising operations to business improvement.
In 2017, Bsmo started a full-scale D2C business pushing the concept of “from Japan to the World”. Bsmo launched a D2C contact lens online store from a Bsmo Group’s company and has so far sold these contact lenses in 25 countries around the world, getting excellent feedback from its users.
In order to respond with speed and efficiency to the mobile shift of global consumption that has accelerated since the apparition of novel coronavirus disease, Bsmo implemented a capital increase through a third-party allotment with RISA as underwriter. Bsmo wants to establish a corporate structure that can compete and be active on the global market, by strengthening financial and management aspects, launching new D2C business and developing M&A strategy.
